Two Yoga Practices a Day
Two guided yoga sessions every day to gently move your body, quiet your mind, and keep you grounded throughout the retreat.
Each day begins with a morning practice designed to awaken the body, open the breath, and set a clear, gentle intention for the hours ahead. It’s a soft, grounding way to greet the day and reconnect with yourself before anything else.
In the evening, we slow everything down. Our closing practice is all about release — letting go of tension, unwinding the mind, and settling the nervous system so you can rest deeply and wake up feeling restored.
Every session blends mindful movement, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness. There’s no pressure to keep up and no wrong way to move — whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’ve practised for years, each class meets you exactly where you are.
Practised twice daily, this rhythm becomes the heartbeat of the retreat — a steady thread of movement and breath that helps you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected with every passing day.
